The Bright Green Project is all about creative ideas that help Third Culture Kids thrive.
There are some major challenges that come with growing up outside of your passport country. Where is my home? Where are my roots? Where is my identity? It’s tough being a TCK.
BUT
It’s also incredible . . . There are some amazing things being built into you through this experience that might just help you change the world. We don’t want you to miss them.
More than 20 years ago a TCK named Whitni Thomas wrote a brilliant poem that captures the heart of so many cross cultural kids. In it she said
“When I am in the Blue land, I want to be Yellow. When I am in the Yellow land, I want to be Blue. Why can’t I be both? I just want to be green.”
We want you to know that not only is it 100% ok to be green. You can be Bright Green.
